At Lights Lacquer, we want you to be obsessed with your manicure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible beauty products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure the polish bottles are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
