Are Lights Lacquer products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Our formulas are also 12-free, meaning they are formulated without the most common harmful chemicals found in traditional polishes.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened nail lacquers. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select international countries. Please check our shipping page for a full list of destinations and applicable customs fees or duties.
How can I prevent my polish from chipping?
For the longest-lasting manicure, we recommend starting with a clean, dry nail, applying our 'So Over It' base coat, two thin layers of color, and sealing it with our 'So Glossy' top coat.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your address and cart before checking out.
